The front door leads from a stone entrance porch into a spacious, quarry tiled reception hall, from which the stairs rise to a galleried dining area. In the dining area the large oak table seats 8 people, extending to take 10, and 10 leather dining chairs are provided.
Double glazed doors lead from the dining area into the lounge. This generously sized room features a large picture window with stunning views over Llangennith beach, Burry Holms and Carmarthen Bay. At the opposite end of the lounge the window gives views of Llanmadoc Hill.
The inglenook fireplace is a central feature of the room. Large leather sofas seat 8 people comfortably. There is 42″ wide screen television with Freeview and a DVD player.
An oak bookcase contains plenty of holiday reading, as well as tourist information leaflets and handy reference books on birds, flowers, the local area and the things you might find on the seashore. A good selection of jigsaws can be found in an oak chest in the landing area.
All areas on the first floor have wood laminate flooring. For more pictures of the living areas, see the living accommodation gallery.
