To the front of the house is a gated gravel drive with parking for several cars.



The double garage can be used for storing surfboards and wet suits.



To the rear the house looks over the garden and patio and has views towards Llanmadoc Hill.



The rear garden has a patio with table and chairs, and also a rotary washing line.
